A perspective from one of our young people on how they are dealing with the current situation.
"It happened in an instant. Since everything closed, I had to adapt to a new way of life. It was difficult at first but then I was able to overcome it. Most days I do some work from home, keeping to a consistent routine. It is also important since it means time can go quickly. I also have a walk every day changing the route so I have a variety. I also do tasks for REACCH enabling me to have some normality., This enables me to get some fresh air and spend some time with my family. I also spend time most nights with them doing an activity of one of our choices. I have spoken to various people as we are all going through the same situation and this is reassuring."
