Now that it's Autumn - or as some say, Fall - we have been very busy at REACCH harvesting vegetables and fruit. Of course, we can't let any of this go to waste, so we've been preparing, cooking and preserving. One REACCH member has made chutneys with tomatoes, apples and pears, as well as pickled onions and blackcurrant jam.
