The REACCH Project

The REACCH Project helps to develop social, life and employability skills.

The REACCH Project provides for adults aged 18 and over.

The REACCH Project aims to further the potential of each person towards employability. This may result in supported employment for some people and independent employment for others.

We strive to empower people who have autism to have the skills, qualifications and autism-friendly strategies that prepare them for the world of part-time or full-time work.

The REACCH Project believes that there is a need to consider the key areas of difficulty for people with autism not as a “triad of impairment”, as often described, but instead as a “triad of opportunity”.  REACCH works to effectively support the way each person with autism thinks and learns.
