Skype
Calling Skype contacts on Skype is free. To make a call follow these instructions:

Find the person you want to call from your Contacts list. If you don't have any contacts, then learn how to find a new contact HERE.

Select the contact you want to call, and then select the audio , or video button.

At the end of a call, select the end call button to hang up.
