How to create a wind-down / bedtime routine
Creating and sticking to a sleep schedule/routine can be difficult. Sometimes life simply gets in the way or you cant be bothered etc. however, they can be incredibly beneficial. We have come up with a few ideas on how to create or improve a wind-down/bedtime routine.

A bath/shower

Brush teeth

Skin care (I find this helps me to relax/ground me in the moment)

Read or play a relaxing video game/watch a comfort show (15-30 minutes or fall asleep to it)

Try visualisation exercises when atempting to sleep, visualising random things, "turning off" thoughts/sounds/images.

Concentrate on breathing

Gentle yoga

Junk journal
-
Write down three good things that have happened that day

Maybe have a warm drink
